Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Motor Insurance Renewal Executive with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of renewing motor insurance policies, ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact existing clients for renewal of motor insurance policies before expiration.

• Generate renewal quotes and follow up on pending renewals.

• Explain policy terms, coverage, and premium changes to customers.

• Upsell add-on covers and offer customized renewal options based on customer needs.

• Coordinate with insurers to obtain renewal terms and resolve policy-related queries.

• Maintain accurate records of all renewals and customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal company policies.

• Achieve individual and team renewal targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in motor insurance, preferably in a renewals or sales role.

• Good understanding of motor insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
