Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective students and working professionals.

• Promote and sell IT courses offered by the institute on calls.

• Explain course details, pricing, schedules, and career benefits.

• Generate leads from various sources and follow up regularly.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed Walkins through effective sales techniques.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly walkin targets.

• Provide feedback and insights from calls to improve sales strategies.

• Work closely with the counseling and Centre Head.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and telesales skills.

• Ability to persuade and handle objections confidently.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in telesales/education sales preferred but not mandatory.

  (Freshers are Welcome for this role)

• Fluency in English, Hindi, or local language.
