We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying, engaging, and securing senior-level delegates to attend high-level conferences, summits, or bespoke events. You will work closely with the marketing, production, and partnerships teams to ensure delegate targets are achieved and audiences are highly relevant to the event’s content.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential delegates from targeted industries or regions.
Make outbound calls, send emails, and use LinkedIn or CRM tools to reach prospective attendees.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of interested and qualified delegates.
Articulate the value proposition of the event and match it with the delegate’s business needs.
Manage delegate registration and provide assistance with any queries.
Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align messaging and target audience profiles.
Meet and exceed delegate acquisition and attendance KPIs.
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat attendance.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in delegate acquisition, telesales, business development, or events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident phone manner and strong persuasion skills.
Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
