Telecaller Outbound

Job Description:
We are looking for a female telecaller to generate inquiries and set up client meetings through phone calls. This is a performance-based role with no fixed salary — earnings are based entirely on incentives for every successful conversion. Candidates who perform well will be offered a full-time office position in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain company products/services.

• Generate inquiries and book appointments for meetings.

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.

• Maintain proper records of calls and leads.

• Work independently and meet assigned targets.

Requirements:

• Only female candidates may apply.
