Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate leads and promote programs.
Handle inbound customer queries with a polite and helpful attitude.
Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM system daily.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Follow up with interested prospects and collect feedback.
Address participant concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate unresolved issues.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with CRM software.
Prior telecalling/call center experience preferred (freshers may apply).
Ability to work in a team, handle rejection, and stay organized.
Empathetic approach when dealing with diverse individuals.
