✅ Verify customer details over calls with professionalism and care
✅ Maintain accurate records and follow-up on pending verifications
✅ Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
✅ Uphold data security and confidentiality standards

✨ Excellent English communication skills (read, write & speak)
✨ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✨ Strong attention to detail & good typing speed
✨ A customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
✨ Willingness to work in rotational shifts
