We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential customers, and meeting sales targets through outbound calls. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.

••Key Responsibilities:••

- ••Outbound Calls:•• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases. Introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and address any questions or concerns.

- ••Lead Generation:•• Identify and qualify new sales leads. Gather information about potential customers and record details accurately in the CRM system.

- ••Sales Conversion:•• Effectively handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales deals over the phone. Ensure that sales goals and targets are met or exceeded.

- ••Customer Relationship Management:•• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Follow up on previous calls, provide additional information as needed, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- ••Product Knowledge:•• Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered. Stay updated on new offerings, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential customers.

- ••Reporting:•• Track and report on call activity, sales results, and customer feedback. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager or Team Lead on progress and challenges.

- ••Compliance:•• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines related to telesales and customer interactions.

••Qualifications:••

- ••Experience:•• Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are also encouraged to apply.

- ••Communication Skills:•• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage customers. Strong listening skills are essential.

- ••Sales Skills:•• Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate deals, and close sales. A target-driven attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
