Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our Motor Insurance team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about motor insurance plans, renewals, and offers. This role is ideal for freshers looking to start a career in the insurance and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers regarding motor insurance.

• Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and coverage options clearly.

• Assist customers with renewals, upgrades, and queries related to vehicle insurance.

• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups where required.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and interactions.

• Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and conversions.

• Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to senior staff.

• Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.

• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

• Strong verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language].

• Basic knowledge of motor insurance is a plus (not mandatory).

• Comfortable using computers and CRM tools.

• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle rejection positively.

• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
