Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services, offers, and promotions to customers.
Answer incoming calls, address customer queries, and provide solutions.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
Follow up with interested customers to close sales or ensure service delivery.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain a professional and friendly approach while dealing with customers.
Provide feedback to the management on customer needs, concerns, and competitor activities.
