Job Description:

Acuerdo India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Collections Executives for Business Loan Recovery (Write-Off Cases).

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented individuals who can negotiate settlements and ensure maximum debt recovery through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers with overdue business loans (write-off cases).

Negotiate and convince customers for one-time settlements or payment arrangements.

Maintain accurate call records and update payment details in the system.

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets are met.

Handle customer queries and maintain professional communication at all times.

Work as part of a high-performing collections team in a positive environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in collections or telecalling (preferred in NBFC/Banking sector).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of computers and Excel.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: ₹12,500 – ₹18,000 per month

Incentives: Unlimited (1% to 5%) based on recovery amount

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Last Sunday Working

1 Paid Holiday per month
