Role: Telemarketing Executive (B2B & B2C Focus) Location: [Remote/Office]
Are you a communication powerhouse with a knack for process and a relentless follow-up strategy? We're hiring a Telemarketing Executive to fuel the adoption of our high-efficiency Heat Pumps by managing two critical pipelines:
Dealer Network Expansion: You will be the primary contact for identifying and securing new installation partners (HVAC contractors). This involves high-volume, professional outreach and clearly articulating the mutual growth opportunity our product provides.
End Customer Sales: You will qualify inbound and outbound customer leads, answer fundamental questions about heat pump technology, confidently overcome basic objections, and set appointments for our technical sales team.
We are looking for someone who is data-driven, lives inside their CRM, and understands the basics of energy efficiency. While you don't need to be an engineer, you must be comfortable enough with the product to handle initial inquiries with authority and poise. If you thrive on a structured, results-oriented sales process and have the organizational skill to manage a complex pipeline, we want to hear from you.
Key Requirements: 2+ years of inside sales/telemarketing experience, strong CRM proficiency, and a demonstrably process-oriented work ethic.
