About the Role

Smile is looking for a Senior Telecaller Executive who can confidently handle sales over telecalling and conference calls. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, English, and Bengali, and have prior experience in closing deals over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.

• Explain products/services and handle queries effectively.

• Conduct conference calls with clients when needed.

• Convert leads into confirmed sales.

• Maintain follow-ups and daily call records.

Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum HS Pass

• Experience: Minimum 3 months of telecalling experience

• Gender: Female candidates only

• Languages: Fluent in Hindi, English, and Bengali

• Location: Must be able to work from our Ballygunge / Gariahat office
