Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai | 6 Days Working | WFO
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Inside Sales Lead to manage and motivate the sales team, drive lead conversions, and achieve business targets.
Responsibilities:
Lead and guide the inside sales team to meet revenue goals.
Handle inbound/outbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and share insights.
Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and campaigns.
Requirements:
Graduate with 4–8 years of Inside Sales experience (min. 2 years in team handling).
Excellent communication & CRM skills.
B2B or healthcare sales background preferred.
