Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling for government-related projects and client coordination
Handling basic computer tasks (data entry, documentation, email drafting etc.)
Preparing and assisting in document-making work
Maintaining follow-up calls and updating records regularly
Explaining services clearly and confidently with strong convincing skills
Ensuring timely communication and smooth workflow within the team
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or similar roles
Strong communication and convincing ability
Professional attitude and ability to handle government-related documentation
