We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Associate with 2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

2.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

3.Understand client needs and present suitable product/service solutions..

4.Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and follow up to close deals.

5.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.

6.Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.

7.Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign execution.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales , Marketing, or a related field.

2.2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales

3.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4.Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

5.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools and Tally
