Key Responsibilities
Identify, reach out, and convert potential customers for Personal Loans (PL) and Overdraft (OD) products.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly to customers.
Generate leads through calling, and customer references.
Maintain active follow-up with interested leads to ensure closures.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and partner bank policies.
Update sales data, feedback, and customer interactions in the CRM.
What We’re Looking For
Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome; Paid training will be provided).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales attitude
Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
