Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecalling Executive for our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for calling property owners, brokers, and clients to identify available property inventories for sale and rent. The role also includes coordinating with clients and arranging property site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to property owners, brokers, and prospective clients.
Find and update property inventories available for sale and rent.
Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
Coordinate and schedule site visits for clients.
Handle client inquiries professionally.
Build and maintain good relationships with property owners and customers.
Follow up regularly with clients for property requirements and feedback.
Work closely with the sales team to close deals.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confidence in calling and speaking with clients.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
Experience in telecalling or real estate will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
