Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance products and providing tailored advice
to meet client needs. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales,
customer service, and developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Understand clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable products (life, health,
motor, term insurance, etc.).
● Design and present tailored insurance solutions based on individual or business
requirements.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
● Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
● Assist clients with claims processing and provide ongoing support.
● Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to offer
accurate, timely advice.
● Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and
professionally.
● Work Schedule: 6 days a week (24 days per month) at the Noida office.
Required Qualifications:
● Fluent in English and Hindi (Versant 3 and above).
● Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or in a similar role in the financial
services or insurance industry.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● High organizational and time management skills.
● Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Solid knowledge of insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.).
● Previous experience in B2C sales.
● Familiarity with the local insurance market.
● Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
