We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting inquiries into successful sales. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, emails, and online research.
Maintain and update lead databases on CRM systems.
Schedule follow-up calls and product demos for the sales team.
Reach out to inbound leads and explain company products/services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with clients.
Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the field sales and marketing team for smooth client handling.
Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and sales reports.
Follow up on outstanding proposals and ensure timely closures.
Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
