Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and converting prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, emails, and online research.

Contact potential customers to pitch products/services.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Follow up with leads regularly to achieve closures.

Maintain and update CRM/customer data reports.

Prepare and send quotations, proposals & follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Meet weekly/monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email).

Good negotiation & convincing ability.

Self-motivated and target driven.

Ability to manage time and priorities.
