Counsellor

Europe Careers is expanding its Germany-focused education division and is looking for an experienced Student Counselor who can guide students through the complete admission process for German colleges and universities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students about German university admissions, eligibility, intakes, and available programs.

• Explain requirements such as language levels, APS, visa process, health insurance, and documentation.

• Handle walk-ins, inquiries, tele-counseling, and consistent follow-ups.

• Assist students in course selection, profile evaluation, and application guidance.

• Maintain CRM updates and track each student's progress.

• Convert leads into successful admissions with a professional approach.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in student counseling (Study Abroad preferred).

• Good command of English (spoken & written).

• Knowledge of Germany admission process is an advantage.

• Strong communication, convincing skills, and student-handling abilities.

• Ability to work with monthly targets.
