🎯 Job Role Overview

We are looking for motivated telesales professionals or teachers (with good communication skills) who can work as Counselors. The role involves connecting with award nominees, explaining our recognition programs, and helping them complete their registrations for the upcoming Bharat Pratibha Sammaan Awards 2025.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Call and counsel potential nominees (teachers, professionals, artists, and social workers) regarding the Bharat Pratibha Sammaan Awards.

• Explain the benefits, process, and recognition associated with the program.

• Maintain records of calls and ensure follow-up for registration completion.

• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets through professional communication.

• Represent the organization with integrity and passion during events and award ceremonies.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Graduates or postgraduates (Teaching, Education, Arts, Commerce, or Management background preferred).

• Teachers, counselors, or academic coordinators looking to switch to a counseling/sales profile are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM, etc.).

• Previous telesales or counseling experience is an added advantage.
