BDM- Sales.We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an BDM - Sales. As the BDM of Sales, you will be responsible for driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure their success.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and industry trends to continuously enhance sales skills and knowledge.

- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
