Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new
business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management
skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and
lead generation activities.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (freshers may
be considered for junior roles).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
