Position Overview:
A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales opportunities by calling potential customers, promoting products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take a specific action. The role involves reaching out to leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers (B2B/B2C) from leads generated through marketing or prospecting.
Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products or services to customers.
Sales Generation: Close sales deals over the phone by answering customer queries, overcoming objections, and addressing concerns.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to prospects who have shown interest in products but have not yet made a purchase.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and competitor activity to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with making high volumes of calls daily.
Target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
Problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle rejection.
