We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Ocube Services. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team so that they can achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching for improvement.
Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance productivity and conversion rates.
Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.
Handle escalations and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and results.
Minimum 5 years of experience in BPO sales, with at least 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of telesales and outbound sales processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people–management skills.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and improve overall team performance.
