Role Overview

Suncart is hiring Electrical Technicians and Helpers to support solar installation, wiring, and site execution across multiple projects. The role requires basic to advanced electrical knowledge, hands-on field experience, and the ability to work with installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in solar project installation, electrical wiring, and AC/DC connections.

• Support technicians and engineers during structure mounting, module installation, and inverter setup.

• Execute cabling, termination, earthing, and testing activities at the site.

• Carry out basic troubleshooting under the guidance of senior technicians.

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and proper usage of tools & equipment.

• Maintain site cleanliness and support material handling.

• Report daily work progress to the site supervisor/engineer.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI (Electrician) or Diploma in Electrical.

• 1–4 years of experience in solar/electrical field work (freshers with ITI also considered for helper roles).

• Basic knowledge of electrical tools, wiring practices, and safety norms.

• Willingness to travel to project sites.

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
