We are looking for a Tutor to join our team at Firstlearn Edutech Society with a strong background in one or more academic subjects. The tutor/teacher will be responsible to develop lesson plans and teach students according to their educational needs. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8000 - ₹10000 and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tutoring sessions for students in various subjects.
• Assess, track and report on student progress.
• Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Teach students study skills, note-taking skills and test-taking strategies.

• Encourage interactive and collaborative learning in sessions.
