Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and examinations.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
Encourage classroom participation and discussion.
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
Support students in improving speaking and comprehension skills.
Organize cultural and literary activities related to Hindi.
Communicate with parents regarding student progress when required.
