Fitness Trainer

We are a wellness-focused studio dedicated to helping individuals achieve strength, flexibility, and balance through mindful movement. We are looking for a certified and passionate Pilates Trainer to join our team and guide clients in their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct group classes and one-on-one Pilates sessions (Mat / Reformer / Equipment-based).

• Create customized programs based on client goals, fitness levels, and any physical limitations.

• Ensure proper posture, alignment, and safety during sessions.

• Motivate and inspire clients to achieve consistent progress.

• Maintain professional, energetic, and approachable communication with clients.

• Keep studio equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.

• Stay updated with new Pilates techniques and fitness trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer; additional certifications are a plus).

• Prior experience as a Pilates Trainer (1+ years preferred, fresh certified trainers welcome).

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, posture, and injury-prevention techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt workouts for different body types and skill levels.

• Passionate about health, wellness, and client success.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
