Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Pudur Village Rd, Medchal, Secunderabad, Telangana 501401
Department: Warehouse/ Logistics / Operations
Salary:₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. The successful candidate will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff including pickers, packers, and loaders.

• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure proper inventory management and stock control.

• Monitor warehouse operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization.

• Maintain accurate records of inventories, shipments, and receipts.

• Implement company policies and procedures in the warehouse.

• Train new staff and conduct regular performance reviews.

• Schedule and manage shifts to optimize productivity.

• Coordinate with other departments like procurement and logistics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Physical stamina to oversee and assist in warehouse operations when needed.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, etc.).

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
