Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily loading and unloading operations.

• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff for timely dispatch and delivery.

• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods.

• Ensure proper documentation – challans, invoices, PODs, etc.

• Monitor vehicle movement and update delivery status to the office.

• Resolve on-ground issues quickly and efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

• Report daily activities to the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/transport supervision.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

• Good communication in Hindi/Bengali (English preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to handle fieldwork and warehouse coordination.

Work Timings:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
