Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations at our Welspun facility in Sonipat. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory handling, and working knowledge of SAP for material and stock transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.

• Maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy through regular stock audits and reconciliations.

• Handle material inward and outward entries through SAP.

• Generate stock reports, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and dispatch documentation using SAP.

• Ensure safe handling, labeling, and proper storage of inventory.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality departments.

• Ensure the warehouse complies with safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards.

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to operational guidelines.

Key Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.

• Proficiency in SAP (MM Module preferred) for inventory and material management.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Knowledge of inventory software, MS Excel, and documentation.

• Ability to manage a small team and work under pressure.

• Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
