The position of operations controller is to coordinate and oversee our operations, ensure the right processes are

practiced in executing the activities as per the established process.

Responsibility

• Addressing Refund & Customer Return damage issues.

• Monitoring and taking corrective action against IBND.

• Cash Deposit Management

• Route planning.

• Slot change orders tracking

• Coordinate and address operational issues.

• Roster management of the Route in charges.
