Key Responsibilities

• Manage inward/outward stock movement and maintain inventory records

• Regularly match physical vs system stock and report discrepancies

• Handle documentation – GRNs, delivery challans, purchase bills, dispatch slips

• Oversee daily loading/unloading and ensure correct quantity & quality

• Plan and manage warehouse space and stock layout

• Conduct stock audits – daily, weekly, and monthly

• Track damaged, slow-moving, and returned goods

• Coordinate with purchase, production, dispatch, and accounts

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline

• Share regular stock and audit reports with management

Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of inventory software (Tally/SAP/ERP) and MS Excel

• Good communication and coordination skills
