Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and ensure proper warehouse management.
Implement and execute trade promotions, schemes, and product launches effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with trade partners, distributors, and retailers.
Track branch performance against sales and financial targets, taking corrective actions when required.
Handle team development, performance reviews, and training needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and audit requirements.
Provide regular MIS and business updates to management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of FMCG distribution and sales operations.
Problem-solving ability with strong decision-making skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems preferred.
Graduate in Business / Management / Commerce (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or branch management.
Proven track record of handling branch / territory independently.
