We are looking for a detail-oriented Office and Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams in day-to-day activities. This role involves administrative management, customer communication, documentation, and sales coordination, ensuring smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Assist in preparing rate quotes and service proposals for international courier, freight, and logistics services.
Coordinate with potential and existing clients for inquiries, follow-ups, and scheduling.
Maintain and update customer and lead databases via CRM tools.
Generate daily/weekly sales reports for internal use.
Support the sales team during client presentations and business development activities.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documentation (invoices, airway bills, customs forms, etc.).
Track shipments and provide status updates to clients.
Coordinate with courier partners (DHL, UPS, FedEx) for pickups and escalations.
Oversee general office tasks such as maintaining supplies, managing files, and ensuring smooth front-office operations.
Act as a single point of contact for customer queries and post-sales support.
Share booking confirmations, tracking details, and follow up for documentation and payments.
Record and escalate service issues to relevant teams for quick resolution.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Logistics, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in office coordination, sales support, or customer service, preferably in logistics or courier services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of MS Excel, Outlook, Word; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
