Job Title: Greige Store Supervisor

Reporting To: Department Head
Job Purpose
To ensure accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of all fabric-related activities including job order processing, return handling, fabric checking, and coordination with vendors for fabric returns and reprocessing.
Key Responsibilities
Job Order Fabric Reconciliation
Maintain accurate records of all job orders and associated fabric usage.
Reconcile actual fabric usage against job order requirements.
Fabric Return Reconciliation with Vendors
Track and reconcile balance fabric returned to vendors post-production.
Ensure proper documentation and verification of all returns.
Handling External/Internal R/P Fabric for Reprocess
Record inward movement and issue of all external and internal R/P (Reprocess) fabric.
Coordinate with production for timely fabric reprocessing.
Return Fabric Report Management
Prepare detailed reports on returned fabric on a regular basis.
Submit reports to the HOD for review and analysis.
Return Fabric Utilization Reporting
Maintain data on return fabric usage and unused stock.
Submit utilization and non-utilization reports to the HOD.
Fabric Checking Reports
Document and report on the quality checking of all fabric received and returned.
Coordinate with the quality team to ensure consistent reporting standards.
TC – Coordination - with Agency - BV or any other to get TC on time.
