We are looking for a Team Leader ( First Mile) to join our team at at Shree Hari Logistics. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹18000 - ₹20000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Setup Scheduling and hiring managing logistics personnel.

2. WM Attendance Tracker Update On Timely.

3. Fleet Management Ensuring proper maintenance and deployment of our fleet.

4. Candidate have excellent organizational skills to perform various duties for different

   business functions under the supervision of an operations manager.

5. Route Level Setup Planning and optimizing delivery routes for efficiency.

6. Metrics & Losses.

7. Cost Control.

8. Daily, connect with defaulters and discuss All matrix and BRSNR Shipments.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
