The Outbound Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all outbound operations, including order processing, dispatch planning, documentation, coordination with transport partners, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. The role ensures smooth workflow, accuracy, and adherence to warehouse SOPs.
Process daily outbound orders and prepare pick lists.
Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Ensure all shipments are dispatched on time as per schedule.
Verify order accuracy and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and internal logistics teams.
Ensure timely vehicle arrangement for dispatches.
Share dispatch updates with sales, CS, and management teams.
Prepare and maintain dispatch documents:
Delivery challans
Invoices
E-way bills
Transport documents
Update shipment details in ERP/WMS systems or Excel trackers.
Maintain proper filing of all outbound documents for audits.
Coordinate with inventory team to ensure product availability.
Report stock shortages or discrepancies immediately.
Assist in periodic stock counts related to outbound items.
Ensure packaging meets company standards.
Check product quantity and condition before dispatch.
Follow warehouse SOPs, safety rules, and compliance procedures.
Track and resolve issues related to dispatch delays, wrong shipments, or transporter problems.
Coordinate with customer service for return pickups, re-dispatch, and delivery issues.
1–3 years of experience in outbound/logistics/warehouse operations.
Knowledge of dispatch processes, logistics, and documentation.
Basic understanding of ERP/WMS systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail.
HSC / Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce).
