The Warehouse Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations through accurate data entry, inventory tracking, document management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes.
Maintain accurate records of all stock movements including inbound, outbound, transfers, and returns.
Update inventory data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP (e.g., ERPNext).
Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and dispatch teams for order fulfillment and inventory reconciliation.
Generate and maintain reports such as GRNs, delivery challans, invoices, pick lists, and gate passes.
Track shipment schedules, courier details, and delivery confirmations.
Perform regular audits and cycle counts and report discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for replenishment.
Maintain all documentation related to inward/outward stock, employee attendance, and shift schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Liaise with vendors, transporters, and other external agencies as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in warehouse administration or logistics support.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WMS/ERP systems (ERPNext preferred).
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of inventory control, dispatch operations, and logistics flow.
Prior experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or agri-warehousing.
Knowledge of safety standards and warehouse best practices.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
