Job Description - Warehouse Executive

Position: Shift Incharge

Location: Bhiwandi

Salary: Upto 35,000 CTC per month

Experience Required: 4-5 Years

Industry Preference: FMCG / Warehouse Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse/shift operations efficiently

• Handle and coordinate manpower of 1520 workers

• Ensure smooth inward, outward, loading, unloading, and dispatch activities

• Maintain shift productivity and operational discipline

• Monitor inventory movement and update records in SAP

• Ensure proper material handling and adherence to safety standards

• Coordinate with transport, operations, and warehouse teams for timely execution

• Prepare daily shift reports and maintain operational documentation

• Resolve floor-level operational issues during the shift

Skills Required:

• Strong manpower handling and team management skills

• Working knowledge of SAP

• Experience in FMCG warehouse or logistics operations

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure

• Basic reporting and operational planning skills
