Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls, etc.).
Prepare and draft documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases.
Arrange travel and accommodation for management or staff when needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
Support in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle office inventory, stationery, and ensure smooth office operations.
Liaise with internal teams and external clients/vendors when required.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
