Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Manager to oversee the identification, recruitment, and management of vendors (e.g., document writers, surveyors, lawyers) across Tamil Nadu. The role involves ensuring seamless vendor integration, performance monitoring, and fostering strong relationships to support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will also ensure financial transparency, manage conflicts professionally, and leverage technology for efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Vendor Recruitment & Integration: Identify, recruit, and onboard vendors while maintaining a pool of qualified replacements.

 Financial Oversight: Develop and monitor financial guidelines to ensure transparency and accuracy.

 Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback to enhance vendor performance.

 Conflict Resolution: Establish and implement procedures to address vendor disputes effectively.

 Technology Utilization: Use CRM software, project management tools, and cloud platforms for streamlined collaboration.

 Verification & Compliance: Conduct background checks and maintain proper documentation for all vendor engagements.

 Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliability and sustained collaboration.

 Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison for vendor inquiries and operational support.

Qualifications

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Law, or a related field.

Certifications in vendor or supply chain management are a plus.

 Experience: Proven experience in vendor management, preferably in real estate, legal, or related

domains.

Skills:

o Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.

o Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

o Analytical mindset to monitor and improve vendor operations.
