🚨 Job Opening: Store Officer

Industry: Manufacturing

📍 Location: Padra Jambusar Road

󰳖 Reporting To: Store Manager / Plant Head

📝 Qualification:

● Graduate in any stream (B.Com / B.Sc. / B.A.)

● Preferred: Diploma/Certification in Materials Management or Inventory Control

💼 Experience Required:

● 2 to 5 years in a manufacturing company store department

● Experience handling engineering/automobile components preferred

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

● Maintain stock levels of raw materials, components & finished goods

● Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out)

● Conduct stock audits and resolve discrepancies

Material Handling:

● Receive, inspect & store materials

● Issue materials to production using Material Requisition Slips (MRS)

● Maintain proper records of all receipts & issuesDocumentation & ERP Entry:

● Prepare GRNs, issue slips, inward/outward records

● Update entries in ERP/inventory software (Tally, SAP, etc.)

Coordination:

● Liaise with Purchase, Production, and QC departments

● Ensure timely material supply to avoid production halts

Housekeeping & Safety:

● Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store

● Follow safety norms, especially for flammable or sensitive items

Reporting:

● Submit regular stock status reports

● Flag slow-moving or fast-moving items

🚌 Transport Facility:

Company transport available from Airport Circle, Harni Road, Vadodara at 7:30 AM
