Position: Store Incharge
Location: Adugodi, Bangalore
Experience Required: 4–5 years (preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Incharge to handle the receipt, storage, and issue of construction materials at our real estate project site. The role requires accurate stock management, proper documentation, and coordination with project and purchase teams to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
Material Handling & Storage:
Receive and verify construction materials and tools.
Ensure safe and proper storage with systematic stacking.
Maintain optimum stock levels as per project needs.
Inventory & Records:
Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and balances.
Conduct routine stock audits and reconcile with system records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
Issuance & Documentation:
Issue materials against authorized requisitions.
Manage store documents including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Issue Slips, and Return Notes.
Coordinate with procurement for timely material replenishment.
Coordination & Supervision:
Supervise helpers/store assistants at site.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for smooth workflow.
Support timely material availability to avoid project delays.
Knowledge of storekeeping and inventory management practices.
Familiarity with basic MS Excel/ERP or manual record-keeping.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Ability to manage stock independently and handle multiple tasks.
Team supervision and communication skills.
Minimum: 12th Pass
4–5 years of relevant experience in store management (real estate/construction industry preferred).
