We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage our inventory and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, organize the store layout, and work closely with procurement and operations to meet supply demands in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials, supplies, and equipment.
Ensure proper storage and tagging of items in accordance with safety and organizational standards.
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to management.
Issue materials and supplies to internal departments or customers as requested.
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the purchasing department.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with health and safety standards in the store.
Assist in preparing reports on inventory status, consumption, and forecast needs.
Coordinate with vendors and transport companies for timely delivery and dispatch.
Perform administrative tasks related to store operations as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/certificate in storekeeping, inventory management, or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a store keeper, warehouse clerk, or similar role.
Working knowledge of inventory and warehouse management software (e.g., ERP systems).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with safety and quality regulations.
Basic knowledge of supply chain procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
