Job Profile / Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee •all aspects of daily store operations••

Implement & monitor the •FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory system••

Track inventory levels and ensure •timely replenishment of stock••

Train, supervise & guide •store staff•• for smooth operations

Handle & resolve •supplier complaints•• while maintaining healthy vendor relations

Maintain •store cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance•• with company policies

Oversee •billing, cash registers, and financial transactions••

Prepare and analyze •ingredient cost/rate reports••

Stay updated with •market trends•• to ensure cost efficiency

Visit local markets to •evaluate alternate suppliers•• for ingredients

Coordinate with •internal departments•• and escalate issues to management

Collect supplier invoices & delivery memos (DMs), prepare •GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes)••, and share with Accounts

Requirements

Graduate / Diploma in •Stores, Supply Chain, or related field••

• 3–5 years of experience in store/inventory management (preferably FMCG / Food Industry)

Strong knowledge of •FIFO system & inventory control••

Proficiency in •MS Excel / ERP tools•• for inventory & reporting

Excellent •communication, vendor management, and team supervision•• skills
