Receive and verify incoming stock and supplies from vendors.
Maintain accurate inventory records of all stock items.
Ensure proper storage of food, beverages, packaging, and other supplies.
Issue materials and products to the kitchen and service team based on requisitions.
Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and assist in reordering to prevent shortages or excess.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storeroom as per FSSAI standards.
Coordinate with purchase and kitchen teams for timely supply and delivery.
Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) stock rotation to minimize wastage.
Maintain documentation for audits and internal controls.
