Job Profile

Job Opening: Store and Production Assistant – SAP 
Location: Vasantanarsapura, Tumkur

We are currently hiring for the position of Store and Production Assistant with hands-on experience in SAP S4 HANA. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities Area

· Create and release production orders in SAP S/4HANA as per the daily/weekly production planning through MRP Run.

· Enter day-to-day production data in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring timely and accurate updates.

· Monitor and update scrap generation data in SAP to support waste reduction and analysis.

· Perform reconciliation of line stock with actual production to identify variances and ensure data integrity.

· Track and record line rejections, analyze reasons, and ensure proper SAP documentation.

· Coordinate with the planning, warehouse, and quality teams for smooth production execution.

· Generate relevant SAP reports for internal use and management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Diploma or Graduate in Engineering, Production, or related field.

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

· Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA – Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM) modules is essential.

· Good understanding of manufacturing workflows, production order cycles, and inventory control.

· Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.

· Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with cross-functional coordination.
